The space A second story suite with a shared full bathroom. In addition, a fully integrated smart house is available to you with the power of your voice. A Sonos surround system is equipped all throughout the house. Rooftop patio with a sink, a grill, utensils, plates, everything you need for a BBQ is available to you. Fully equipped first floor kitchen with spices, pots, pans, oven, toaster, blender, espresso maker, refrigerator, microwave and bamboo steamer. A water softening system all throughout the house will have you taking the best shower of your life. Guest access First floor living room, & Third Floor Terrace are shared space between guests and tenant(s), who occupy other rooms in the house. On the second floor, there is a bathroom located in the hallway that is available for all guests. During your stay I will be available to help you with your stay, on sight or by phone. I am not always living on the premises, but i will make sure you are taken care of, and that your stay is a 5 star experience! Other things to note There is a two small chihuahas that lives on site currently with one of the tenants, pictured in the sonos picture frame.
