Our charming, newly renovated one-bedroom apartment (sofa bed available if more than 2 guests) is situated within easy reach of Liv Golf, Fringe festivities, pristine beaches, Grange Jetty and bustling Henley Square. Modern amenities and coastal charm await with a fully-equipped kitchen and direct access to the shared pool. We understand your pets are part of the family, so they are very much welcome too, in a fully secured back yard. The space Our newly renovated detached apartment can be found at the back of our family home (separate building with a separate entrance). It has direct access to a swimming pool (which our family may occasionally use as well). It has an open plan living/kitchen/dining area and separate bedroom. The living room has a sofa bed if required. The bathroom is modern with a large shower, sink and toilet. The apartment is also equipped with a separate laundry with washing machine. A 15-20 minute walk will take you to the stunning Grange beach, a 25-30 minute walk will find you at Henley Square. We are located very close to Adelaide airport, a 4 minute drive to Liv Golf and have easy access to the city. There is a train station just 500m from the apartment and a bus stop just around the corner. We, the hosts, are also happy to help with getting you around for a nominal fee if we are available.
