Within the property, guests can enjoy a plethora of board games. Mornings at Oceanic Retreat are nothing short of blissful with the sprawling lawn that is perfect for a morning stroll. On the lawn, enjoy a delightful breakfast and watch the kids get ready for pool time! The villa’s ideal setting is perfect for many picture-perfect moments. For those who prefer peace and tranquility, the villa cosy corners make sure you can enjoy a read without disturbance. THE SPACE BEDROOM 1 The bedroom is painted in opulent white hues and features pastel-colored bedding that elevates your mornings. It is equipped with a king-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi, a spacious wardrobe, fans, and an extra mattress on request. This room opens up to an attached bathroom equipped with a geyser for hot water, a hair dryer, towels and basic toiletries. BEDROOM 2 The bedroom is painted in opulent white hues and features pastel-colored bedding that elevates your mornings. It is equipped with a king-sized bed, AC, Wi-Fi, a spacious wardrobe, fans, and an extra mattress on request. BATHROOMS There are 3 bathrooms in the villa - all attached to the rooms on the ground floor. All bathrooms have geysers, towels, basic toiletries and hair dryers. LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA The room is surrounded by greenery and features comfortable sofa-style seating for 12 people. It is equipped with an AC, WiFi, music system, CCTV and board games. The dining room is a part of the living room and offers comfortable seating for 8 people KITCHEN - Guests do not have access to the kitchen. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water dispenser, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. - Crockery and cutlery are available. LAWN The villa is surrounded by a lawn that is filled with greenery and flowers that make it perfect for leisurely stroll in the mornings. The lawn has a seating area for 10-15 people. POOL Under the warm embrace of the dancing palms, there is a private pool that is ideal for an afternoon swim to unwind. The pool is 40ft x 18ft in size and has a depth of 5.8 ft. Guest access Guests do not have access to the 4th bedroom. Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the villa. Other things to note ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge. - A bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per session. - The washing machine can be used at an additional cost. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
