Guesthouse with pool near nature, sea and golf

Welcome to a cozy guesthouse in beautiful Vallda Sandö. Here you live in a rural setting with walking distance to the sea, beach, forest, beach meadows, lovely cliff baths and a cozy marina in Vallda Sandö nature reserve. Large terrace and pool deck with dining table, sun loungers, heated pool (30°C) and outdoor shower with hot water for lovely dips from May to October, perfect for a "coolcation" in Scandinavia. A lovely place for peace, recovery and relaxation for couples and families after rushed days. The space The bright and nice 30 m² guest house was built in 2022. One flight of stairs up is the sleeping loft with low ceilings. Here, two people sleep on a comfortable double mattress (160 x 200 cm). Here, two children can also fit on two single mattresses (80 x 200 cm) if you want to sleep together. Downstairs, two people sleep comfortably in a sofa bed (140 x 200 cm). In the living room, there is an armchair and sofa bed with chaise longue and associated coffee table where you can relax after a long day out in the sun. 47" TV with Chromecast, Netflix, Spotify and Norwegian and Swedish "Play channels," PS4 and fast wireless Wi-Fi are available. Well-equipped kitchen with stove, combined oven/microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There are bar tables and bar stools for three people, and additional people can sit comfortably on the sofa. Dining area, charcoal grill and barbecue equipment are available outdoors in summer. Large bathroom with toilet, shower, towel dryer and drying rack. The guest house is equipped with A/C that provides nice coolness in the summer and pleasant warmth in the winter. There is also a fan in the sleeping loft. Within walking or cycling distance, there are restaurants, golf courses, grocery store and farm shops. Walking distance to direct bus to Kungsbacka center with connection to commuter trains to Gothenburg. Guest access The guest has access to the entire guesthouse, associated patio (two) and the pool area. The guest shares the pool area with the host family who live in the main building next to the guest house. Parking for up to two cars is available. The children can play on the lawn where a big soccer goal is available. Access to outdoor ping pong table, kubb, croquet, beach tennis and other yard games. Two bikes are available to borrow. Within cycling distance are Vallda Sandö and Särö Västerskog nature reserve with beautiful hiking trails and several swimming areas (beaches, rock pools and cozy marinas), pizzeria (Alanya), restaurants (Lerkilsbaren, Restaurang Vallda, Blomstermåla Köket), golf courses (Vallda Golf & Country Club, Kungsbacka Golf Club (Hamra), Särö Golf Club, Gräppås GK), grocery store (ICA Supermarket). It is a 10-minute walk to the nearest bus stop ("Arken") with direct bus to Kungsbacka central station with connection to trains on to Gothenburg or Varberg. C:a 25 min by car to Liseberg, 30 min to Gothenburg city center, and 45 min to the summer town of Varberg. Other things to note - Possibility to check in via key cabinet. - Bed sheets are included, and are mandatory to use. - Shower towels are included, but pool towels are not included. - NOTE! Allergy sufferers? A family-friendly short-haired cat stays in the guest house from time to time, and may visit during the stay.
