Relax with family or friends in a nice and spacious village house that combines authenticity and modernity! The space Beautiful typical Gard village house (18th century), completely renovated while keeping its hidden. Suitable for 6 adults or 4 adults and 4 children. Accommodation on 3 floors: On the ground floor, a large garage where you can have bicycles, suitcases etc. & a laundry room with washing machine. On the 1st floor, a large living room of about 60 m2, very bright. => a room/living room with fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, oven, dishwasher, espresso machine, kettle, Sodastream) opening, through 3 bay windows, onto a pretty terrace protected from the sun, without neighbors, overlooking the CEVENNES. Exposure: southwest where you can admire beautiful sunsets. A large table that can accommodate 8 people and a large comfortable sofa make up this room. + individual toilet. A half floor with large master bedroom (160 cm bed), bathroom with walk-in shower and bathtub. On the 2nd floor, 1 bedroom (140 cm bed) and office & 1 bedroom (2 120 cm beds, suitable for 1 adult or 2 children). Bed linen, towels and tea towels provided, as well as kitchen essentials (salt, pepper, olive oil etc). Guest access garage for one car Other things to note reservations are accepted for short stays of 2 nights during the "low season" periods (from April 25 to June 28) and (from August 31 to October 15) During the "high season" period (from June 29 to August 30), bookings are accepted for a minimum of 1 week.
