Welcome to Urban Oasis, our newly renovated and beautifully designed apartment in the desirable neighborhood of Laurel Heights in San Francisco. Our space offers a perfect blend of city living and serenity, providing guests with a peaceful retreat in the heart of the city. The space This master suite is fully renovated with a private entry and a private backyard space. The suite is in the backside of the house, facing the backyard, on the bottom floor. We offer brand-new furniture and appliances, with a spacious living room and bedroom - perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. We also offer a walk-in closet with ample storage space. The suite is spacious enough to fit up to four comfortably, with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. You will also have access to your private backyard, where guests can take in the sun and enjoy the fresh air. The kitchen has a full fridge/freezer, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, electric countertop stoves, kettle, and a rolling kitchen island. There are two smart TVs for entertainment - one in the living room and the other in the bedroom. The luxury bathroom is equipped with a rain shower and heated flooring. We request: *Please remove shoes when indoors *No loud music *No luggage or outside gear on bed or sofa Guest access You will have the whole master suite with a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, and backyard to yourself. Your keyless private entry to the suite is located inside the garage. The only shared space is the garage, where the washer/dryer is located. If there are guests in the other unit, you may encounter them in the garage. The backyard is for your exclusive use. Free street parking is very easy to find on our streets and nearby streets. We will share the best nearby street to park with guests. Parking in the garage may be available (limited to compact cars only) upon request and an additional fee Other things to note Even though your suite is completely private and separate, it is in the same building as our living space upstairs. You may hear some muffled sounds or footsteps transmitted from upstairs. Parking: We offer parking in the garage, but it is limited to compact cars. We charge a fee for parking for the entire stay, if available. Alternatively, street parking is easy to find with a 2-hour parking limit between 9am to 6pm. Parking overnight and on Sundays are unlimited. We ask that you do not block any driveways or leave any visible items inside your car. Early check-in: Early check-in can be arranged for a fee. This fee covers the logistical overhead of coordinating with our cleaners to prepare the space early. We professionally clean and sanitize the space for every guest's arrival.
