Max 3 guests. The space The guest house is built on top of a garage (not available to tenants). It is 2 bedrooms with a full and finished attic and a 200 sq ft office downstairs. There are gorgeous views in every direction. You will be living across from the main house though you will never feel your privacy is invaded. The guest house is closest to the garage of the main house. The living space of the main house is on the opposite end of the guest house. Check out aerial maps for an overhead view. Mark & Jean are the only occupants of the large house. There are 80 acres of abundant nature and wildlife butting up to BLM land and timber land owned by Port Blakley. This is ideal for a couple or same with a small child. Single adults also welcome. Month to month tenants only. Sorry, no pets. Guest access Enjoy the freedom to walk the property and enjoy nature at every turn. Other things to note There are no accessibility features since the rental and living space are on the second floor of the building. You should know that there is a ring doorbell in use and exterior only security cameras in place.
