(€9.50/person/night, over 16 years of age and up to 7 nights). In addition, a service fee of 12.50euros will apply. - Smoking is NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. Receiving a report or having evidence that smoking in the apartment will result in immediate eviction from the apartment and a fine of at least 400 euros. It is prohibited to smoke in the apartment and the balcony. - Parties or meetings are NOT ALLOWED under any circumstances. If we receive a report and/or the police, security or neighbors intervene, you will have to pay a fine of €500 (in addition to the police fine). -The property will not be held responsible under any circumstances for theft, robbery or any other theft of property that may occur within the facilities of our flats.
