The space Please note as this is a vintage-built home, there is no driveway or parking on site to the home. The home only has pedestrian access to the home from Horderns lane or from the beach front. To access the property, you must be able to walk up 17 uneven stairs up, at the end of Horderns Lane. And another 8 uneven steps down to reach the house from the backyard entrance. This home is not suitable for those with accessibility needs or who cannot walk up steps or ambulate over uneven pathways. This property can strictly only accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The house is too small to accommodate any more. Guest access The whole of property. You will have to be able to walk up 17 uneven stairs up Horderns Lane and walk down 8 stairs from the back gate entry to the house. Other things to note As the home is situated in the Royal National Park, local flora and fauna surround the homes. You will experience a variety of bird life, and it is not uncommon for seals and dolphins to be seen close to Horderns Beach.
