Other things to note ★Check-in starts from 3 pm, and you can check in anytime by yourself as long as you arrive after 3 pm. Check out is until 10:00 am. ★In the house manual you will find the translation into 2 languages ( English, Chinese) the instruction on how to use appliances. ★Smoking is strictly prohibited in the entire apartment, including balcony. If it's revealed that guests smoked in the apartment area, guests then will be charged for penalty of 50,000JPY. ★Please do not leave any big items such as suitcase, large bags, etc behind you when you check out, otherwise you will be charged for disposal fee. ★There is no parking lot, but you may use paid-parking lots available around the building. ★Guests who aren’t residing in Japan must provide their passport copy to comply with the law in Japan. Therefore you will be required to send passport copy of every staying guest upon check-in. You can simply take a photo of ID page (the one with photo) and send it to our email address on check-in day. ★　If any damage on property articles is discovered, the guest will be charged for the compensation.
