Gjoa's Vineyard

Welcome to Gjoa's Vineyard, an adult orientated, cozy little hideaway nestled in with the vineyards and orchards of the Naramata Bench overlooking Lake Okanagan. Our seven acre vineyard is located on the peaceful, sunny side of Lake Okanagan in the heart of wine country. The space Véraison is a French word for the "the onset of grape ripening" when our grapes miraculously transform from green to purple in mid to late summer. This new guest room is a wonderful addition to Gjoa's Vineyard. It does not have a full kitchen (note barbecue addition below) but plenty of room to enjoy some local cheese, a fresh baguette and to pull a cork on your favourite wine you discovered earlier that day. In the morning you can toast a bagel and enjoy your coffee or tea on your shaded patio. . newly renovated bedroom with comfy queen bed • hardwood floors and walk in closet • gorgeous shower with a view and heated tile floors in the ensuite • 48” tv, dvd player, sound bar for your music and free wireless internet • small fridge, toaster, kettle, coffee press, dishes, mini microwave, cutlery and of course wine glasses. * we have a brand new Weber barbecue as of the 2022 season. The space allows for some basic cooking on a barbecue grill, but we do not have pots and pans. So our guests now have the option to throw a steak and some veggies on the grill, when not enjoying the fabulous restaurants in the area (including Hillside Bistro across the street!). • private patio and private entrance We have renovated the suite over the period we have owned the property to make it more comfortable and enjoyable to our guests. We have tried to think of everything that would make a great stay. Enjoy a stroll through the vineyard at dusk with a glass of wine in hand. Walk or bike along the KVR trail to visit several wineries that have fabulous wine and great food. Please note that if you are booking in our summer months, wildfires and poor air quality can be a possibility. In the circumstance that Gjoa's Vineyard is under evacuation alert or order, the cancellation policy will be waived. In all other circumstances, our normal cancellation policy will apply. We strongly encourage purchasing Trip Cancellation Insurance. Other things to note We are a working vineyard and there can sometimes be folks working in the vineyard. We also rent a suite at our place but there is good privacy between both spaces. Taxes of 5% (gst) are paid by the owner and are included in your nightly fee (in other words, you are getting 5% off!)
