This is available for long-term renting. Are you waiting for your house to be built or close? This is a perfect spot for you. Two queen beds, all the needed amenities in the kitchen and bathroom . It’s brand new so still working on decorating! The space Each room has a queen bed, closet, nightstand, dresser and a luggage stand. We have a stackable washer and dryer in the apartment. A workplace area and dining room table. Guest access Our guests will have the entire apartment it is locked off from the main house and it has its own entrance. Other things to note We have a pool with a solar heating system. Hot tub is not always hot but can be upon request. We have a safety fence with two gates around pool. A sun deck and propane fire pit.
