Luxury Barn - outdoor pool, hot tub & log burner

Get away and relax at a peaceful barn, in a stunning area of outstanding beauty. The outdoor pool is open April to end September only & the hot tub is available at all times. Please note the outdoor pool is not heated so feels cold in cooler weather. With beautiful countryside walks and picturesque fishing lakes on the doorstep, this barn is perfect for staying in or getting out. 2 pubs are in walking distance and the one by the river and has an outdoor pizzeria operating during the summer. The space The Barn is cute and cosy and the beds have luxury mattresses for a comfortable nights sleep. The bathroom is newly renovated and has a large walk in shower. The outdoor heated swimming pool is located in our private garden in our house next door and included in the price of the stay. It will be available anytime between 10am and 4pm with full private & exclusive access (open April to end August only). The hot tub is in the garden of the barn, your side,and is available all year round. In the colder months, enjoy sitting by the log burner and snuggling up. For guests staying 1 night only, during pool season, the owners will arrange special pool access between 4-7pm of the evening of their stay. OUR HOUSE RULES *This is STRICTLY NOT a party venue but do come and enjoy catching up with friends & family, a relaxing birthday, anniversary or a chilled out pre wedding break. * We have a zero tolerance policy towards drugs - any guests found doing drugs will be reported to Airbnb and asked to leave without a refund. * Please do not bring unannounced guests as you will be reported to Airbnb and asked to leave without a refund. Day visitors will be considered at an additional charge but not guaranteed. Please ask me before inviting any guests. *We have a no outdoor noise policy from 10pm. We live next door with our children and this is a quiet village where we respect for our neighbours. Guest access You will have exclusive use of The Barn's own courtyard with garden and private use of the hot tub. The outdoor pool is located in our garden next door and you will have exclusive & private access between 10-4pm, during pool season (open April to end of September). The hours of use may be available to be extended for an additional charge of £45 per hour, at prior arrangement of the owner. Other things to note Additional things to consider - The outdoor pool is open from beginning of April to end September only and guests can access the pool between 10-4pm daily during your stay. - This is STRICTLY NOT a party venue. We have CCTV on the entrance and can see how many guests come and go so please do not bring extra people. We DO NOT allow undeclared visitors at any time and we have a zero tolerance towards drugs and will ask you to leave without refunding you if you violate our rules and also report you to Airbnb. - Day visitors may be considered for an additional charge but it is not guaranteed. Please ask me for consideration. - Logs and kindling for the log burner can be purchased from the nearby shop. - An extra charge will be added for any additional guests past 6 persons and the 8th guest will have a sofa bed, located in the lounge with full bedding supplied. - The hot tub is larger than average and designed to have a maximum capacity for 6 people. It is available all year round. - Due to the character of the property, there are also low beams around the property so you will need to watch your heads when walking around. - A late check out or early check in can be arranged, for an extra fee of £45 per hour. - Dogs are welcome for an additional charge of £67 per stay. - During pool season, if you would like to use the pool outside of 10-4pm (longer stays) or 4-7pm (short stays), this can be arranged at an extra fee of £45 per hour so we can arrange to take our children out for an alternative evening. - The pool is not heater so will feel cold on cooler weather. Great for cold water swimming and the hot tub is there for the hotter experience. - For guests staying 1 night only, during pool season, the owners will arrange special pool access between 4-7pm.
