The Tin Roof Lodge

The Tin Roof Lodge LLC is a woman owned business nestled in a quiet neighborhood in Rushville. This property is newly renovated with a lodge-like feel and has all the comforts of home. It is a short drive or easy walk to the downtown area where you can choose from a variety of restaurants, a bakery or coffee shop/drug store. Travel a few minutes farther and more restaurants can be found. We look forward to hosting you and hope you have a wonderful stay at our lodge. The space This property has been recently renovated with nearly all new furnishings in 2024. We offer three bedrooms with a queen bed in two of the rooms to accommodate four people. In the third bedroom there is a full bed to accommodate 1 to 2 guest. There is also access to a queen air mattress on request, allowing for two more people in the living room, providing there are no pets while visiting. There is a fully equipped larger kitchen with a lot of counter space for cooking and food preparation. The stove is equipped with a built in air fryer. A large bar complete with four bar stools and a dining area complete with a table and four chairs allows for ample dinning options, when staying in and eating . We have one and a half baths, each located on opposite ends of the house. Both bathrooms have a hand bar near the toliet for easy access. The shower also has a hand bar for easy access into the shower. You also have the option to use a hands free shower head or a hand held shower wand for your convenience. All doors within the home are 36 inches in width for easy access. The house is on one level and there are no steps entering through the front or back door. There is a privacy fence surrounding the perimeter of the backyard for children and dogs to roam and feel secure. There is also a gas grill, charcoal grill and fire pit available for outdoor cooking along with outdoor dinning. Guest access The guest have full access to the home and all the amenities we have to offer. There is off street parking next to our home allowing for three to four vehicles depending on their size and street parking for one to two vehicles. We have keyless entry available and the guest will receive their personalized code the day of check in
