The vacation home is located in the garden of a former manor in the Innviertel, 5 minutes next to the beautiful Bavarian city of Passau, in the small hamlet of Anzberg. Surrounded by a large garden, a spacious terrace and a small associated forest, the wooden house invites you to linger. Ideal for cycling tours on the Danube or Inn, visits to the historic old town of Passau or Schärding, excursions to the Schlögener Schlinge or to Mostschenken, to the reservoir on the Oberilzmühle or to the Rannasee The space The house was designed by a Passau ETH architect in 2022 and completed in 2024 with the help of local craft businesses.
