Second floor has a Queen bedroom and a bunkbed room with with two bunk beds. Perfect for families to enjoy the area. Large gourmet kitchen with entertaining island. This is a No Shoes House. The space Brand new stylish home in a new upscale subdivision with mountain views in Lynchburg Virginia. Centrally located only 2 miles from Wards Rd and Hwy 29, Liberty University and 460. Two story home with an enormous kitchen, that opens to the dining room with high ceiling foyer in the main living space. Gourmet kitchen features range with double oven, quartz countertops, pantry and large entertaining island. Master suite is on the main level with lavish bath. Two other bedrooms are located on the main level with full bathroom. Upstairs has the 4th and 5th bedrooms with a full bathroom. There is a covered patio in the back of the home. Main level laundry room. There are two bedrooms with King size beds, two bedrooms with Queen sized beds and a bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home Other things to note Additional rules NO SMOKING OR VAPING. You must be at least 25 ft away from the home and please dispose of all trash. We will impose an additional charge if our cleaning staff smells smoke after your stay. No pets allowed ! There is a $600 charge if there is evidence of a pet without permission. QUIET HOURS- After 10 PM, we want to be good neighbors. SHOES OFF- Please take shoes off and leave at the doors! Also no shoes on the rugs and furniture so we can maintain a clean environment for all guests. Dishes should be put into the dishwasher before checking out. Used bed sheets should be piled in front of the washer before checkout. Please place towels in the bathroom.
