If the tank needs to be refilled or exchanged during a stay, it is the renter’s responsibility. Propane can be swapped out at a local convenience store in Bethel village. Linens / Toiletries Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided. Pets Renters may not have pets, including emotional support animals. No exceptions can be made. Property is equipped with exterior security camera(s) that record audio and video.
