Guest access The place has an onsite parking on Driveway (depending upon availability). It has separate side entrance with Digital Check In. The unit is 1 min walk from a park that has swings, trails and lots to enjoy and relax. The neighborhood is peaceful quite area but just 5 mins walk to busy shopping area. Best of both. Other things to note - Pls note this is a basement and we live upstairs. Due to the nature of wooden built houses, you can hear noise from upstairs and across the portions. We try to keep it minimum but we have kids and it can get loud sometimes. - Ceiling is low in some parts of the studio - Strictly no parties or smoking allowed within house premises or outside. No pets. - Its a quite neighborhood and we expect our guests to respect that.
