The space Groom Cottage was originally a working stone barn and is now a newly refurbished farm cottage with high speed internet and it’s own hidden courtyard area. Ground Floor - Large boot room with bench, hangers and dresser - Sitting room with wood-burning stove, sofas, chairs and Internet connected TV - Open plan kitchen and dining room with large solid oak table and chairs (including high chair). Lazy boy leather recliner and sofa - Kitchen with bar and stools, oven and convection hobs, microwave, fridge freezer, drinks fridge, toaster and fitted units, fully equipped for catering for 6-8 people Upstairs - Bedroom 1 (White room) - double aspect room with king size bed, dressing table, bag stand, wardrobe and hangers - Bedroom 2 (The snug) – double bed with view onto woodland, dressing table and wardrobe on landing - Bedroom 3 (Bamboo) - king size bed, dressing table, bag stand, wardrobe and hangers - Bedroom 4 (Ensuite) - king size bed, dressing table, bag stand, wardrobe and hangers.
