Double D's Beach Condominium

Welcome, I am Dewayne Donohoo also known as Double D. I am from Florida and grew up living the ocean as an avid scuba diver and fisherman. I as a guest at El Encanto 10 years ago and really love the place , the staff, and many opportunities to do excursions which the staff is very helpful in booking trips for you. My condo at El Encanto is very quaint with 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. New TVs, pillows, sheets, towels are changed out frequently for new ones for your comfort. Pura Vida 😊 The space My condo unit is #2 on the second floor with steps that place you at the fromt door of my not. You open the unit to see a nice living area with a couch and a cozy chair with a table. The first bedroom to your left has a full size bed with ample closet space and storage. The second bedroom is next to your leftvwith similar layout . The bathroom is straight ahead from the front door and has a walk in shower with good pressure and hot water. The dining table is glass with 2 chairs and a bench seat with a stone wall background and an airplane prop. The kitchen has plenty of cups, glasses, plates, bowls, pots and pans to cook on an automatic start gas stove. A blender is stainless for smoothies as well as coffee maker and premium Costa Rica coffee, filters and sweetener to help you have a morning of relaxation . The fridge is full size and over under freezer over fridge. The best fruit stand in Jaco 1 block west away and my favorite to get luscious fruits and vegetables. The third bedroom is off the kitchen with a single bed and room to store your belongings. A balcony with a 2 tables and chairs to relax in the evening and talk about your days adventures. There is a safe available in the master bedroom . I placed 3 new JVC TVs in 2025 with Cable and Netflix. Towels, sheets and beddings are kept new and clean. The AV is in the main area with fans in each room to draw in the cooler air. There is a shower by the pool to rinse off after being at the beach with a pool and also a bbq grill for your use. A peaceful place to relax after a day at the beach or on local excursions.
