The space Beautiful villa with private pool in Ariany, central Mallorca. It can comfortably accommodate 6 people. This townhouse is perfect for a summer vacation with friends and family. You can start your day with a great breakfast on the porch, overlooking the private pool. The 8 x 3.2 meter saltwater pool is between 1.1 and 1.6 meters deep and is surrounded by a terrace with sun loungers and a garden shower. In the evenings you can relax on the terrace or have a barbecue. There is an outdoor bathroom with a shower. Since this house is in the village, there are neighbors next door. The rooms are distributed on one floor and 120 m2. The living area has a typical stone-clad wall and wooden bands and is equipped with a sofa, a TV with satellite channels and air conditioning. The kitchen is well equipped, with glass-ceramic and some open kitchen utensils in the dining area and another small living room with sofa, air conditioning and wood stove. There is a laundry room with a washing machine, iron and ironing board available. We can offer a crib and high chair for the smallest guests. Guests can choose from three air-conditioned bedrooms. There are two bedrooms with a double bed and one with two single beds. The house has a bathroom with shower, mirror, toilet and sink. Ariany is a quiet and rural village in the center of Mallorca. The landscape basically consists of rolling fields and hills, farms, and some old windmills. It's perfect for long walks, hiking, biking, and enjoying nature. The highest point in this area is the hill of Puig de Bonany, which rises 317 meters above sea level. It offers a wonderful panoramic view and visitors can see the Tramuntana mountains to the west, the Pla region to the east and the bay of Alcúdia to the north. Nice beaches such as Son Serra de Marina or Cala Millor are 20 km away. No pets allowed. Holding events is prohibited.
