The apartment is artistic and modern, features a nice kitchen with a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and the apartment has a seating area with a sofa and cable TV. (including free Netflix). You can walk or sit on the roof and see both sides of the island very clear. The apartment is on a hill so you will enjoy for sure of the breeze coming inside out whenever the windows are open. Other things to note Water, Gas and Hot Water are included, the only thing excluded is electricity. Electricity is according to a pre-paid system (Paga Tinu). The consumption of electricity will is charged based on the applicable local rate. We will take the amount on the meter upon arrival and departure to calculate our guests' usage.
