The space The property has a very good location and is very well connected by subway, bus and bicycles. Very close by, you can choose to rent bicycles, and next door there is a space to store them (ask about availability). Guest access The property enjoys an excellent location, very close to downtown, just a 10-minute walk from the old town and the Carmen neighborhood, and 5 minutes from the Botanical Garden, the IVAM, and the Torres de Quart and Serrano. It is very well connected with several bus lines and with the Turia metro stop, which connects to the airport, the universities, the trade fair and the shopping center. In addition, from the buses you can easily access the beach, the Central Market, the bullring, Calle Colón and the Ruzafa neighborhood. There is also a pleasant walk to Bioparc and Cabecera Park. During your stay Our office is just around the corner from the apartments (Paseo de la Pechina 34 Bajo-Asconfi), and guests can contact us with any questions or for any advice they need throughout their stay. Our hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM and from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM. We will be closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays. Outside these hours, you can contact me through Airbnb.
