Our apartment with a view of Lycavittos Hill with its magnificent terrace is located in Exarchia, the Bohemian neighborhood of Athens. The space of 50 square meters offers a modern use. There is a double bed in the bedroom and a couch in the living room that can be a comfortable double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped. It has a large and spacious terrace with a swing and dining table. Exarchia is famous for its art, culture, and vibrant nightlife. The nearest metro station is Panepistimiou 11 minutes by walking. Syntagma Square is only 14 minutes. So as long as you stay in our house you will be able to reach everywhere only on foot.
