Welcome to our Oasis of Relaxation, a recently renovated apartment carefully organized to offer a comfortable and welcoming stay for guests looking for short, regenerating breaks. Every space in this house has been furnished in a modern and functional style, ensuring a bright and welcoming environment in every room. Stay The spacious living room of this vacation home has been recently renovated and offers a cozy and modern environment for guests. The sofa can easily turn into a comfortable extra bed if needed. A 43" smart TV allows guests to access Netflix, Prime Video, and other streaming services for unlimited entertainment. The living area also offers direct access to the large balcony, also connected to the double bedroom. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped to meet all guests' culinary needs. A table for 4 allows you to enjoy meals comfortably at home. Appliances include an oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher to maximize comfort during your stay. Bathroom: The bathroom has been recently renovated with a state-of-the-art shower equipped with a hydromassage column for a unique relaxation experience. An LED mirror adds a modern touch, while the main bathroom fixtures ensure maximum hygiene for guests. Bedrooms: The two separate bedrooms offer privacy and comfort during the night. The master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king-size bed with memory foam mattress for a regenerating rest. A spacious walk-in closet and a practical luggage rack complete the decor. The second bedroom has two single beds, also with a walk-in closet and luggage rack, ideal for families or groups of friends. A welcome kit and set of towels (face, guest, shower) are available for guests for their comfort during their stay. Guest access Access to the apartment is for the exclusive use of guests and takes place through self check-in after sending the documents of each GUEST present. The apartment is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator, so you will need to climb stairs to reach the house. On the day of check-in, you'll be provided with directions to access the property and a link to a video explaining the correct step-by-step procedure to independently access the property. Other things to note Our facility is a Vacation Home managed in an entrepreneurial way and for this reason we can provide the following services upon request at least two days in advance: - linen change (for a fee of €5 per set of towels). - cleaning during your stay (€19/h). - taxi service. - covered garage (€10 per day). - dog sitter - babysitter - Each guest has a set of towels available during their stay, including a face towel, guest towel and shower towel. - It is forbidden to stay in the apartment in a number of people higher than that allowed and communicated before check-in, this involves the cancellation of the reservation and the simultaneous removal with loss of the amount paid. - Returning the apartment after the scheduled time by more than 10 minutes, unless previously agreed with the Management, will result in a payment of €50.00 for the "late check-out" corresponding to the cost of the missed cleaning.
