Surrounded by the greenery of the outskirts of Airola, within walking distance of all amenities; leave your car at my place, relax on the terrace, or stroll through the streets of Airola, enjoying the local cuisine and attractions. From Airola, located halfway between Caserta and Benevento along the Via Appia, you can easily visit charming towns such as Casertavecchia and S. Agata de' Goti, or enjoy delicious cuisine made with local products. The space The rooms are on the 1st floor of the house, of which my family and I occupy the ground floor. The rooms are not equipped with air conditioners. Guest access Guests can freely access the terrace of the apartment, the square and the porch, located on the north side of the house; as soon as the season allows, in the same area of the house guests will find a table and chairs to stay in the open area. Guests will access the rooms with their own keys and remote control gate opener. Other things to note - Smoking is always prohibited inside the apartment; smoking is only allowed outside in the area in front of the entrance area. - Pets are always welcome on the property; the important thing is that, during transit, they are always kept on a leash/carrier, any droppings produced by the animal are collected, they are not kept on beds and sofas, and are always supervised by their owner. - It is not allowed to change the arrangement of the furniture contained in the apartment. - For safety reasons, the use of electrical or electronic equipment that does not belong to the apartment's equipment (excluding your mobile phone charger) is not allowed. - Only toilet paper is allowed to be flushed down the toilet. - Maximum silence is required from 12:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Registration Details IT062001C1LT38SGOS
