The Rabbit Box is a rustic, country cabin built by our father and brother that housed its first guests in 1996. It joins our 1930s farm house on 5.6 acres of southern charm. Whether you wish to relax on the porch, watch the world go by or take a walk to enjoy God's creation, it is our hope that you will find peace and inspiration here. The space The corn crib section of the rustic barn is rumored to be even older than our house. The weathered wood exterior of the barn and the cabin makes a nice backdrop for a selfie or two. Enjoy seasonal fruit such as mulberries, huckleberries, blueberries, blackberries, pears, figs and grapes located throughout the property. Guest access You'll have the entire cabin to yourselves. Parking is available next to the cabin. Our fields once boasted the best sweet potatoes around. Now, they are a great place to take a walk, play ball or simply sit and watch the birds. Other things to note US Army helicopters may fly over during their flight training. A wave as they fly by is a thank you for all they do to keep our country safe.
