Between Bordeaux and Saint-Émilion, our contemporary and upscale villa accommodates up to 12 people (including 4 children) in a calm and comfortable setting. Ideal for vacations or family reunions, it offers large spaces, a garden for children, an indoor/outdoor pool heated in winter, a large terrace with a summer kitchen, and even possible help with your meals. The space At the gates of Bordeaux and Saint-Émilion, our exceptional villa welcomes you for a relaxing stay with family or friends, in the heart of a green setting. Surrounded by a vast landscaped garden, it offers an idyllic setting with an indoor/outdoor pool, landscaped terraces and premium amenities. On the ground floor: • A beautiful entrance opens onto a large dining room and a fully equipped modern kitchen, perfect for sharing convivial moments. • A spacious living room with a library area and a real home theater: video projector, TV, streaming services and an immersive audio system. This room looks right onto a large terrace and the heated indoor/outdoor pool, which is also accessible from the living room. • An adjoining utility room, with an American fridge. • Guest toilet, dressing room and plenty of storage. Main sleeping area: • A master bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200), a large private bathroom with a double shower, and a dressing area. • Two bedrooms with queen-size beds (160 x 200) and their own bathrooms. • A children's bedroom with a trundle bed (2 x 90 x 200), a desk area and games available. • A laundry room with washer and dryer. • Separate toilet. Upstairs: • A separate master suite, ideal for a family, including a double bed, two children's beds, a TV area, a bathroom with toilet and a private terrace with a view of the pool. Outside: • A large outdoor swimming pool (15m x 5.5m – depth from 1.20m to 1.60m), a fully equipped summer kitchen, a children's playhouse, a turtle park, a ping-pong table and a basketball hoop. • Several terraces equipped with sun loungers and ottomans: one facing south around the pool, another adjoining the bedrooms on the southwest side, and one to the north, perfect for enjoying the hottest days in the shade. Guest access All rooms are accessible except the wine cellar.
