Our home stay is located at the Loft A level 7, facing with Swimming Pool View and featuring with a balcony. Our home stay also consist of 3 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV with TV Box channels, WIFI provided, equipped kitchen with an induction cooker, a fridge, and a washing machine. Our homestay is located on the 7th floor of the A building, with a beautiful view of the city, with a balcony. The accommodation also includes 3 bedrooms, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen with an electromagnetic stove, a refrigerator and a washing machine. The space Kindly inform there will be security and damage deposit which are total RM250 will be collected and will be refundable directly during check out. Guest access Security access card and keys will be provided to guest. The security access card can grants access to the secured lobby entrance, lift to swimming pool,playground and etc. A free secured car park is available should you require one. Kindly inform in advance as security access card is different with parking access card. Our parking space situated within the building at 4th floor. 房卡和钥匙将会提供给客人。 房卡可以授予进入大厅入口，电梯至游泳池，游乐场等的权限。 我们也有提供一个免费的停车位置。 我们的停车位位于4楼的大楼内。如有需要，请提前告知。 Other things to note 1.Smoking and drugs strictly prohibited in the home stay. Smoking is allowed outside the balcony only. 严禁吸烟和吸毒。 仅允许在阳台外吸烟。 2. No pets allowed. 严禁携带宠物。 3.Please remove footwear and place it at the shoes rack at the entrance. 请进屋前脱下鞋子并将其放在入口处的鞋架上。 4.Mangoes teen and durian are not allowed indoors. 请不要在屋内吃榴莲，山竹，等一些的气味较重的水果，不过可在屋外享受美果。 5.Please respect our home stay and treat it as your own house for the duration of your stay. If something is in need of repair, please direct contact us and we will put in a maintenance request. 请尊重我们的民宿，在您入住期间将其视为您自己的房子。 如果需要维修，请直接联系我们，我们将提出维修要求。 6.Feel free to use the kitchen but please clean up after yourself. 请自行清理干净厨房的用具。（如有使用） 7.Please be informed earlier at least a day before whenever you need housekeeping services. 如果您需要清洁服务，请至少提前一天通知我们。 8.Please low down your noise volume after 10pm. This is both for your roommates and your neighbours. Consider using headphones whenever possible. 请在晚上10点后降低声量，切勿大聲喧嘩，以免影響其他旅客及周遭鄰居安寧。（尽可能考虑使用耳机。） 9.Please be sure to always lock the doors and windows of the home stay, whenever you leave or check out the house, whether someone is home or not.
