The apartment has one bedroom with a queen sized bed, television, ocean view windows, dresser, and closet. The living room has three sofa beds. One is a queen size and the other two are twin beds. All the sofa beds have comfortable gel foam mattresses. There is a full bathroom, kitchen, and living room with a television. Dining area with ocean view. There is one parking space allowed to the apartment. Guest access Guests will have access to the complete apartment. Beach is accessible with a key card that will be provided. Laundry room and gym are located on the second floor. Guests will be provided with a key to access both. Guests will be allowed one parking space within gated complex. A parking pass will be provided. Guests will be provided their own unique code to enter using the smart lock. Other things to note This is a wonderful space for couples and families alike. This is a home so please treat it with care. Keep in mind this is a private residence and not a hotel so you must abide by the rules to enjoy a pleasant stay. IMPORTANT **We ask that guests understand that we have no control or liability for the PR power company. On occasion they can have temporary breakdowns that cause the power to turn off. If this situation occurs please be patient until it is resolved. This also affects us directly but we have no power to resolve it.**
