We reside in the adjoining home and are available as needed, while always respecting guest privacy. The space Refined Comfort & Sleeping Arrangements The home offers a thoughtfully curated sleeping layout featuring one King bed, one Queen bed, and one Twin bed, comfortably accommodating up to five guests. A generously sized sofa in the TV lounge may accommodate one additional guest upon request. Also to accomodate another child we have a floor mattress featured in one of our photo's in our listing. An additional $50 per night applies for the extra guest to cover enhanced preparation and cleaning. A Hot tub, Tiki Bar, Sand Beach with Firepit, Outside grilling area with Table, Coffee Bar & Professional Massage chair make the property unique. The sunset in itself is an experience while sitting in the Tiki Bar area. In addition, guests enjoy access to a separate outdoor area that is fully private. Guests are also welcome to participate in feeding the fish—please let us know and we’ll be happy to show you where the food is kept. We live in a separate home on the property, with our access located at the rear. Two dedicated parking spaces are provided exclusively for our guests. We encourage guests to experience the beauty of the farm and explore the surrounding landscape. We are always happy to assist if you need guidance or have questions during your stay. Privacy & Shared Spaces Certain outdoor areas are reserved exclusively for guest use, while the tiki bar and hot tub are shared spaces. Although shared, these areas are designed to feel peaceful and intimate. We are mindful of guest enjoyment and are not interested in disrupting your time—our comings and goings are through the back of the property. You will likely see us during your stay, as we enjoy welcoming our guests, ensuring a smooth arrival, and being available to accommodate reasonable requests. At the same time, this is a quiet, serene property, and we respect your privacy. The rear outdoor areas offer a calm, private setting for your group to enjoy the tiki bars, fire pit, and evening ambiance. House Expectations To preserve the tranquil nature of the property: No additional visitors are permitted without advance notice and approval No loud gatherings or parties are allowed This retreat is ideal for guests seeking a peaceful, intimate farm stay with refined comforts and attentive hosting. Other things to note Animal Policy (Please Read Carefully) For health and safety reasons, we are unable to accommodate animals of any kind in the home. Our daughter has a severe, medically documented allergy to animal hair and dander, and no exceptions can be made. In accordance with the law, if a guest brings a service animal, we may ask the two ADA-permitted questions: Whether the dog is required because of a disability What specific work or task the dog has been trained to perform We encourage guests to familiarize themselves with the ADA guidelines distinguishing service animals from emotional support animals, as emotional support animals are not considered service animals under federal law. To protect the health of our family, future guests with allergies, and the integrity of the property, any animal that does not meet the legal definition of a service animal may not remain on the property. If an animal appears not to be a legitimate service animal, we reserve the right to contact Airbnb and request immediate removal without refund, as permitted under Airbnb and ADA policy. We are very intentional in being transparent about this policy. Unfortunately, we have experienced prior incidents involving animals that were not service animals, which resulted in significant damage and extensive remediation. We also believe it is important for guests with allergies to know they are staying in a clean, animal-free environment. Thank you for your understanding and respect of this policy.
