Escape to Brupoppy Farm—your private retreat on 8 peaceful acres just minutes from Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Cozy interiors, a welcoming vibe, and plenty of open space make this the perfect getaway for families, couples, and adventures. 25 miles to Cleveland, 15 to Akron and easily accessible to all highways. We have two houses attached into one house. We live in the other house. They each have their own entrance. The focus is on unique amenities & hospitality. Sleep5/6, fee may apply. The space The Stay has a king, Queen, & Twin Bed. It has a large couch in TV room. It sleeps 5 comfortably and the couch is large enough to act as a twin bed for one extra person. We charge 50.00 per night for one extra person. It goes for the extra preparation and cleaning. The master bedroom has a professional zero gravity massage chair for adult use after a hard day on the trails. Our gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need to cook and bake. My wife and I live on the property so you may see us, but we honor privacy/ or welcome introductions, we leave it up to our guests. The Tiki bars, hot tub and decks are located in the back of the property. This is where we come and go, and where we park. Although it is a shared space, we try to give our guests the utmost privacy while you are on our farm. We also have an outside area that is totally private for your needs. We also can show you where the food is to feed the fish. We are in a Prime Location – 10 minutes to Cuyahoga Valley National Park, Blossom Music Center, Boston Mills and Hudson’s / Peninsula’s charming shops. • Cozy Comforts – Spacious bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, and thoughtful touches throughout. • Farm Feel, Modern Style – Watch the sunrise with your morning coffee on the deck, enjoy the hot tub, stroll our open fields, or enjoy evenings around the firepit. Wood provided for no charge. Guest access You can access the whole place other than the spiral staircase and the upper deck. We live in the other house and our access is in the back. We have two dedicated parking space for our guests. We want our guest to experience the farm and encourage you to check out the landscape and we are here to help you enjoy it if needed. We have private areas for guest only and the Tiki bar and Hot tub are shared spaces. We are not interested in ruining your time in shared spaces, we come and go from the back as we live on the property. So please when booking with us know that you will see us as we like to at least greet you, make sure you get in with no issues, and can accommodate any reasonable request. This is a quiet area and the back is private for your party to have a wonderful intimate time in the tiki bars and fire pit. Under no circumstances are other people allowed to be invited over or any loud parties. Other things to note We cannot accommodate animals in our house. Our daughter has a SEVERE allergy to animal hair and skin, we cannot make any exceptions. If you bring a "service" animal to our property we reserve the right by law to ask what service the dog has been trained to perform. For our own healthy and safety we want to be upfront to all guests about the impact animals have on our property. If a dog appears not to be a "service" dog, we will contact Airbnb and ask you to leave without refund. We understand disability intimately well and the life altering ramifications it can have. Two years ago my wife was in a horrific car. accident is now permanently disabled. She easily could’ve gotten a site dog for the site that she lost, but due to the allergy of our family that is not possible. The reason we put this in our listing so blatant is because we have had two incidences where they were clearly not service dogs. The destruction and clean up is more than we would like to take on for our property. Also we feel it is important for guests who have allergies to know they are in a clean space. If you need something prior to your stay let us know so we can be prepared for your visit. We recently were asked if we had a coffee grinder and we didn’t .. so we got it before our guests came! If you need something it is most likely it will benefit someone else… we appreciate when guests are honest, so we can make your visit great. We strive for perfection, but sometimes that is not always possible depending on guests expectation. We want you to feel like you are staying in a private resort while here in Boston Heights. We take your happiness seriously and are committed to you the minute you book with our farm. This is also a very kid family place. Lastly we pay the Airbnb fee (15%) in our price so there are no surprises at the end or additional charges for our guests other than cleaning fee. Please keep that in mind when comparing on price.
