The (nominal) daily fee is €10, for a maximum of €40 for the entire stay, which must be paid on site in cash. The hot tub is available from June 1 to September 15 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. It may be used for a maximum of 4 hours per day with the heating and whirlpool functions (4 hours to avoid overheating the motor). The €10 per day includes the use of the Jacuzzi 24 hours a day in pool mode (without its heating and hydromassage functions). The property is elegant and very bright, welcoming and equipped with all the comforts, including two air conditioners (one in the bedroom and one in the living area) that are very useful for excellent relaxation on the hottest days, a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, sun loungers, umbrella, barbecue, outdoor tables and chairs, etc. (linens and towels are included in the price of the stay). Above all, both the neighborhood and the house are very safe and quiet. It is in a strategic location for visiting the city and nearby cities such as Pisa, Florence, Lucca, etc., as it is located on a closed street (therefore with very little car traffic) for total relaxation, with easy parking (free). It is also very close to the train station (7 minutes on foot), the highway and the expressway, 10 minutes by car to the port boarding area, and a few minutes by car to the sea. The first gate opens simply by pressing the red button from the inside.
