Peaceful oasis close to the beaches Family home, atypical, and warm, ideally located in a quiet and green hamlet close to the surf waves of Sainte-Barbe beach, hiking trails and bike paths. Our house is our primary residence. This is an original house that we have just lovingly renovated. Village center: 2.5 km. Sainte-Barbe or Kerhilio beaches (10–15 minutes by bike). The space Welcome to our lovely ty Surf & Chill house! Our house is a renovated old stone house to which we have added a new wooden extension (construction in 2023). The old main building consists of: - a cozy living room/dining room with sofa, dining table, piano and fireplace. - a sofa bed space in the living room with a 140x200 mattress. - a modern kitchen and fully equipped to prepare delicious meals with the family (oven, induction hob, coffee maker, refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, toaster...) - a very small mezzanine TV room, very bright, with a large Velux to relax in the sun, with a small bench, DVD player and DVDs. - a mezzanine bedroom with storage, and a 140x200 double bed. The extension is composed of: - 1 bedroom with a sofa bed with two mattresses (80x200). - Bathroom with shower and sink - a separate toilet. - a studio bedroom with a double sofa bed (140x195) with mattress topper, a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine, a kitchen area and a terrace with table and garden chairs. The house is fully furnished and equipped; Hospitality products provided (dishwashing liquid, garbage bags, toilet paper, tea towels, dishwashing tablets and washing machine). Sleeping arrangements: - a bright 10m2 bedroom with glass window and direct access to the garden with a new double sofa bed (two joint mattresses of 80x200). - a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed of 140x200 (the bedroom is not closed). - an 18m2 bedroom/studio with a new 140 x 195 double sofa bed (very comfortable because with mattress topper), a private bathroom with shower, toilet washing machine, kitchenette and terrace. Bathrooms: - one bathroom with sink, shower, towel dryer and hair dryer. - an adjoining bathroom to the studio with shower, sink, washing machine and toilet. 2WC: - a separate toilet. - a toilet in the bathroom adjoining the studio. Highlights: - two outdoor spaces: a green enclosed garden of 300 m2 and a wooden terrace of 15m2 adjoining the studio for your moments of dining and relaxing - a cocoon bed for an unusual experience - Books, board games and a ping pong table are at your disposal. - an outdoor faucet to rinse surf gear. The beds will be done when you arrive! You have the option to bring your own linen if you wish. The house is to be returned in the same clean condition: vacuum cleaner + cleaning products on site. The entire house is available for your use! We hope that you will have a pleasant stay with family or friends in our little cocoon enjoying all the richness of our terroir! Guest access The accommodation is entirely available to guests. Other things to note The house has a mezzanine. The staircase is not safe for young children. The cabin bed is not suitable for small children as it does not have a safety barrier. The TV room mezzanine is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults. No electric car charging possible.
