Our house is our main residence. This is an original house that we just lovingly renovated. Village center: 2.5 km (footpath: 30 min / bike: 10 min) Sainte-Barbe or Kerhilio Beaches: 2.7 km (15-minute bike ride). The space Welcome to our charming Surf & Chill gîte house! Our house is an old renovated stone house to which we have added a new wooden extension (built in 2023). The old main building consists of: - a cozy living/dining room with sofa, dining table, piano and fireplace. - a cabin bed area in the living room with a 140 x 200 mattress. - a modern and fully equipped kitchen to prepare delicious family meals (oven, induction stove, coffee maker, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, toaster, etc.) - a very small TV room on the mezzanine, very bright, with a large Velux to relax in the sun, with a small bench, a DVD player and DVDs. - a mezzanine bedroom with storage, and a 140 x 200 double bed. The extension is composed of: - a bedroom with a sofa bed with two mattresses (80 x 200). - a bathroom with shower and sink. - a separate toilet. - a bedroom furnished as a studio with a double sofa bed (140 x 195) with mattress topper, a bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine, a kitchen area and a terrace with garden table and chairs. The house is fully furnished and equipped; Welcome products provided (dishwashing liquid, garbage bags, toilet paper, dish towels, dishwasher tablets and washing machine). Sleeping arrangements: - a bright 10 m2 bedroom with bay window and direct access to the garden with a new double bench bed (two 80 x 200 joint mattresses). - a mezzanine bedroom with a double bed of 140 x 200 (the bedroom is not closed). - a bedroom/studio of 18 m2 with a new double sofa bed of 140 x 195 (very comfortable because it has a mattress topper), a private bathroom with shower, toilet, washing machine, kitchenette and terrace. Bathrooms: - a bathroom with sink, shower, towel dryer and hair dryer. - a bathroom adjoining the studio with shower, sink, washing machine and toilet. 2 toilets: - a separate toilet. - a toilet in the bathroom adjoining the studio. The extras: - two outdoor spaces: a 300 m2 green enclosed garden and a 15 m2 wooden terrace adjoining the studio for your dining and relaxation moments - a cocoon bed for an unusual experience - books, board games and a ping pong table are at your disposal. - an outdoor tap to rinse surfing equipment. The beds will be made when you arrive! You have the option to bring your personal linen if you wish. The house is to be returned in the same clean condition: vacuum cleaner + household products on site. The entire house is at your disposal! Other things to note Please note that the house has two closed bedrooms, an open-plan bedroom on the mezzanine, and a pull-out bed in the living room. The house has a mezzanine. The staircase is not safe for young children. The cabin bed is not suitable for infants as it does not have a safety fence. The mezzanine in the TV room is suitable for a maximum of 4 adults.
