The perfect beachside holiday deserves an apartment within a sand castle's reach of everything. Patrolled beaches, rock pools, seaside walks and restaurants on every corner, are just some of the delights that make it the perfect place to stay. Not only is it the central location, just minutes walk from everything, or the in-house resort style amenities, but the gorgeous beaches of the nationally recognised Cronulla surf reserve just one street away that makes this apartment the place to stay. The space Q408 is a spacious, two bedroom apartment located on level four, with ocean views, one floor above the external mezanine deck with reverse cycle fully ducted airconditioning to all rooms. There is sleeping for four adults and two children with two bathrooms, an open plan living/ dining room, a fully equipped kitchen and laundry as well as a washing machine and dryer. Towels, basic toiletries and bed linen all provided. The apartment has two bedrooms, with the main bedroom sporting a king sized bed with modern natural timber setting, built in robe and ensuite. To add to the treat there is also your own private balcony for that quite moment away from the family. The second bedroom has two king single beds, built in wardrobe and access to the main family balcony. The second bathroom is available to this room directly across the hall way. The main living room has a 75 inch large screen smart TV with the major subscriptions such as Netflix, Kayo, Paramount+ and Disney yours to access free of charge (excluding box office special pay per view rental movies). The kitchen is part of the family action and has views to the ocean as well so you don't miss out when catering for the family. All rooms have privacy blinds for daytime use and blackout blinds for sound sleeping. On the main balcony is a high set dining table seating six, and a BBQ for those grilled surf and turf moments when eating in. For those times when the beach is too hot or too busy, why not enjoy the resort style facilities on level three such as a lap pool with open deck and plenty of deck chairs, a fully equipped Gym, Sauna, Spa and change room. It is a body corporate rule that minors must be accompanied in the activity facilities by an adult at all times. Guest access Two keys are provided for guests. One is kept in the external lock box in the mail box for first time access and departure. For your safety and security the lock box combination is changed monthly and provided to you via text message prior to arrival. The second key is kept on the shelf in apartment kitchen. The swipe card access gives you external access via the glass sliding door in the lift well of level three, access to the basement parking roller door into the building, access to the lifts and the activities area including the gym, pool and spa on level three. Further instructions on key and parking access will be provided in the welcome manual within three days of your arrival.
