This property is on the second floor, 50 meters from the beach. Very well located, airy, with a small balcony. Close to Carrefour, restaurants and many other shops. We have a large living room with a 55-inch TV with several open channels, Netflix, and internet for those who want to work. Large, very spacious kitchen. Service area, small bathroom that we use after the beach. We also have a large social bathroom and two bedrooms, both with comfortable beds. The property comfortably accommodates a family. The space Guests can use the entire apartment. Guest access The garage is individual and remote-controlled. Other things to note The apartment is on the second floor, there is no elevator, but air-conditioning has recently been installed in the bedrooms and living room. The apartment has a well-equipped kitchen with household utensils.
