Extra mattresses are available—just let us know in advance! Other things to note 4x4 Access Required: Tranquilyo sits on a panoramic mountaintop. Only 4x4 vehicles can drive all the way up. For guests without a 4x4, a complimentary shuttle is available from our base point during check-in and check-out times. Heated Shower Location: Our heated shower is located in the outdoor bathroom, just a few steps from the main chalet. It’s private and surrounded by nature. Power & Appliances: The property runs on a mix of electricity, solar power with a backup generator. To protect the system, high-consumption appliances are not allowed. Please inform us in advance of any appliances you'd like to bring. Cooking Policy: Due to local fire safety regulations, cooking is only allowed in our designated outdoor kitchen. Indoor cooking is not permitted. Nature & Wildlife: We’re in the heart of nature! Insects, frogs, birds, and even petals in the pool may make an appearance.We do regular maintenance but kindly expect a rustic, outdoor setting. Generator Use: The generator runs on a schedule. Requests for early check-in or late check-out may incur an additional energy fee if extra usage is needed. Weather Conditions: Weather can shift quickly in the mountains. While we monitor forecasts closely, we can only allow rescheduling if there is an official storm signal issued by PAGASA. Sea of Clouds: You may be lucky to witness a sea of clouds in the early morning—while not guaranteed, it’s a magical sight when it appears. Parking: ₱150/night per vehicle at the base point. Free parking at the property for guests with 4x4 vehicles. Pet Policy: Pets are welcome! Please ensure they’re supervised at all times. Owners are responsible for any damages or mess.
