The space Our home is in the ever charming Holland Historic District. When you stay with us, you will get to experience Holland like a true local! Adorable Downtown Holland is a short 0.5-0.9 mile walk from our home, where you’ll find tons of cute shops and amazing restaurants. We love hosting and sharing our home with guests. We do everything we can to create a clean, comfortable space that feels like your private space. We do not use our dining room or living room when hosting Airbnb guests. We likely will see each other but we can interact at your comfort level. Spaces included in the rental: * Private bedroom with keypad entry * Private detached bathroom - you have to walk through the kitchen to get to your private bathroom * Indoor dining area * Outdoor dining area (table and chairs on the back patio - shared space) * Guests are welcome to use the living room area to relax/lounge on the couch. Your bedroom is off of the dining area. Your detached bathroom is located in the hallway off of the kitchen. If we are home, we use the kitchen, so you may see us in there when you arrive or during your stay. We will interact with you at your comfort level - we can just be cordial and say hello or we can chat if we're around. But you will see us because we do live in the house and you have to walk through the kitchen to get to the bathroom. Our master bedroom and bathroom are above your bedroom. As stated in another area in this listing, you will hear footsteps above you, the toilet flushing, or the shower running, etc. Lastly, it's important to note, there are areas of the home that are off limits to guests. Guests are not permitted upstairs, in the basement, or in the garage. These areas are marked as private and/or locked, as they are our personal spaces. Entering a private area may be cause for us to ask you to leave without a refund.
