Your vacation paradise found!! Lordship is a hidden gem for fun in the sun by the water. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful retreat . Take a dip in the heated outdoor pool, grill on the patio, go paddling, take a quick stroll to over 3 beaches, cruise in the golf cart ( NOT included in nightly rate), take a bike ride, visit the lighthouse, nature center, shop at the local craft market, enjoy dinner and a cocktail at 2 waterfront restaurants only a 5 min walk away...and so much more!! The space Take it easy at this vacation paradise. Heated saltwater pool (open May-September 1) outdoor surfboard shower, huge patio with loungers, umbrellas and table for 4 with beautiful sunset views over the water. 2 min walk to the beach. Take the electric golf cart (not included in nightly rate, separate fee) to dinner or to the public beach with lots of amenities (new basketball, tennis and pickleball courts). Play golf at the nine-hole golf course. The house has 1 bedroom on the first floor, 1 and 1/2 baths on first floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs. We are 10 minutes from the Stratford train station and Port Jefferson ferry. 2 hour train ride from NYC. Guest access Entire house except for attic/eaves and basement used for storage. There is a garage which holds the golf cart (not included in nightly rate- separate fee) Plenty of space in the driveway for parking. Other things to note Location, location, location! It doesn't get better than Lordship, CT! This charmer by the sea is a great location for families, couples, girl trips, as a work away from home location and so much more! While staying here you can walk to the corner market and deli, pizza place and ice cream parlor. Enjoy jazz concerts on the bluff. Dine at 2 waterfront restaurants with outdoor seating a few blocks away. Guests will enjoy access to a paddle board, outdoor surfboard shower and yard/pool games. There are beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler you can put on the golf cart (not included in nightly rate- separate fee) and drive to the beach one minute away. The neighborhood is quiet and walking and biking is the norm here.
