Detached house with private pool

Detached house on a 1,183 m² lot with parking. 3 bedrooms with a 160/200 bed and two 140/190 beds. 2 living rooms, one of which is equipped with a sofa bed that converts to a 160/200 bed. Terrace, 10 m² pool, barbecue, wood-burning oven (optional). The house is located close to Rochemaure, Montélimar, close to the gorges of the Ardèche, Vallon Pont d'Arc. We live there all year round, so it's our "home" that we rent out when we go on vacation. The space The pool is only in service during the summer, usually from early May to late September, depending on the weather. Other things to note The house also has a baby bed with a real mattress and suitable sheets, as well as a high chair. Possibility to pitch a tent (with prior agreement). Wood-burning stove in service for winter stays on request. Small local specialties to welcome you.
