We are a 5/10-minute walk from the universities, the main bus stops and the train station, connected to the airport. In the immediate vicinity there are grocery stores, a pharmacy and the city's main points of interest: main shopping streets, Cathedral, Basilica of San Nicola, Petruzzelli and Margherita Theater, public parks and the longest promenade in Europe… The tourist tax, 2 euros per guest (over 14 years) for short stays, is separate. The space Upon entering the apartment, you will immediately be greeted by an entrance and an open space living room where you can relax on the sofa or watch TV (Netflix included). The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped: dishwasher, traditional oven and microwave, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine and coffee maker, various utensils. The large table can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. A small balcony awaits you; here you can relax on the armchair and even read a book. Passing the hallway, you will find a comfortable bathroom complete with bidet and shower tray, two large bedrooms, one double with TV and the other with two single beds and one full-size bed, both air-conditioned, a second large bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. The apartment has towels and bed linen, hygiene products and is sanitized for your safety. Guest access The apartment is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator. Before accessing the elevator compartment, there are 5 steps with a handle. Other things to note Our four-legged friends are also welcome at no extra charge... as long as they behave.
