The Den Lake View Lodge

A private lake view 3 bed apartment with stunning chic & spacious interior. Three king-size bedrooms, one with ensuite. Separate main bathroom with bath tub & over head shower. Beautiful open plan kitchen, living dining space with WiFi & TV for guests to relax & enjoy time together. Outdoor dining space & hot tub over looking the 11 acre lake. Guests can enjoy many activities inc. SUP, yoga, pilates, SUP yoga, kayaking and much more. Or simply explore the stunning Worcestershire countryside. The space The newly refurbished Den has a stylish and spacious open plan living area including a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a Smart TV and WiFi, and a bench style dining space for 8 guests. There are 3 bedrooms all with king size beds. All three of the king size bed can be changed from a king to two singles. There is an ensuite with a large walk in rain fall shower and a further main bathroom with a bath tub and over bath rain fall shower. Outside is a spacious dining space and a brand new luxury hot tub which over looks the stunning lake. Guests are a stones throw from the beautiful Watersedge lake. Guest access Guests have full access to the whole of The Den. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the whole of the Watersedge site including joining in with a great variety of activities such as Stand up Paddle Boarding, Yoga, Pilates, SUP Yoga, Swimming, Sauna/cold barrel and much more. Guest will need to book activities separately, either via the website or by emailing directly. The hot tub is for private use for guests staying in The Den only. Other things to note Swim sessions are Wednesdays morning and evenings, Friday mornings and Sunday mornings. We welcome dogs here at Watersedge but we kindly ask that guests follow the guidance- No dogs on any of the furniture, no dogs to be left unattended in The Den, and all dogs need to be kept on a lead around the site. PLEASE NOTE: The team work very hard to ensure the hot tubs are ready for guests. Between every stay thorough maintenance has to be carried out on the hot tubs inc a full empty, refill and chemical balance, therefore we CAN NOT guarantee that hot tubs will be upto temperature on arrival and may not be ready for use until the following morning. PLEASE NOTE: Watersedge is a wellness venue, therefore we ask that guests respect other visitors and guests by keeping noise to an appropriate level PLEASE NOTE: If you would like the beds are made up as king size, if you would like them split into singles please request this with at least 5 days notice.
