The space Recently refurbished to a high standard, The Den is a stylish lakeside retreat designed for relaxing getaways with family and friends. The spacious open-plan living area is the heart of the home, featuring a fully equipped modern kitchen, a bench-style dining area seating up to eight guests, and a cosy lounge with a log burner, Smart TV, WiFi and stunning lake views. The apartment sleeps up to eight guests across three beautifully presented bedrooms, each with a king-size bed that can also be configured as twin beds on request. one bedroom has a single sofa bed and the living room also has an additional sofa bed. The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite with a large walk-in rainfall shower, while the family bathroom offers a bath with an overhead rainfall shower. Step outside onto the private terrace, where you'll find outdoor dining and a luxury hot tub overlooking the beautiful Watersedge Lake, the perfect spot to unwind from morning through to sunset. Set within an exclusive wellness destination, guests can enjoy an exceptional range of experiences available to book separately, including indulgent spa treatments, a private beach, wellness classes such as yoga, Pilates and sound baths, plus a unique sauna village complete with an ice room. Guests are also welcome to enjoy the whole of the Watersedge site including joining in with a great variety of activities such as Stand up Paddle Boarding, Yoga, Pilates, SUP Yoga, Swimming, Sauna/cold barrel and much more. Guest will need to book activities separately, either via the website or by emailing directly. The hot tub is for private use for guests staying in The Den only. Guests receive 10% off all bookings exluding the spa treatments, a code is provided after booking. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE- We welcome dogs here at Watersedge but we kindly ask that guests follow the guidance- No dogs on any of the furniture, no dogs to be left unattended in The Den, no dogs in the lake or on the beach area, and all dogs need to be kept on a lead around the site at all times. PLEASE NOTE: The team work very hard to ensure the hot tubs are ready for guests. Between every stay thorough maintenance has to be carried out on the hot tubs inc a full empty, refill and chemical balance, therefore we CAN NOT guarantee that hot tubs will be upto temperature on arrival and may not be ready for use until the following morning. PLEASE NOTE: Watersedge is a wellness venue, therefore we ask that guests respect other visitors and guests by keeping noise to an appropriate level. There are often wellness classes in session inc sound baths which require peace and quiet in this stunning location. PLEASE NOTE: If you would like the beds are made up as king size, if you would like them split into singles please request this with at least 5 days notice. PLEASE NOTE- SUP and Kayak hire is only available from May-Sept for ages 14 and over. PLEASE NOTE- Watersedege is predominately an adult only venue. We do welcome children to stay at The Den but please be aware that all on site activities are for over 18's only except for SUP where children must be 14 or over.
