House overlooking the Lot Valley (2 bedrooms)

Whether you are on vacation, on a business trip or on the way to Santiago de Compostela, you are welcome in my house! Come and enjoy the beautiful scenery of Aveyron and the surrounding areas while staying at my place. The house is located in a green setting 5 minutes from the center of Decazeville and on the heights of the Lot Valley. You will find calm and comfort. We look forward to welcoming you! The space The house was completely renovated in 2023. You can admire the splendid view of the Lot Valley from the balcony. When the weather permits, you can enjoy a good barbecue on the terrace. You can also enjoy the comforting heat of the stove in the winter. I would like to point out that all the main rooms are on one level. Everything is there for a pleasant stay! Guest access I rent my house when I am not there, and I leave the main rooms accessible. The basement is private except on request (washing machine, vehicle parking, bicycle, etc.). Other things to note I charge an extra fee for the use of the washing machine for stays of less than 1 week.
