Transportation, restaurants and supermarkets are very close. The space The house is in an excellent location, in Punta Fría, where the sea and mountains come together to create beautiful landscapes. It is four blocks from Playa San Francisco, one block from the sea in a bathing area on the rocks where you can experience wonderful sunsets, two blocks from Cerro San Antonio which you can climb by car and on foot enjoying a beautiful landscape. Piriápolis is 5 minutes by car and 25 minutes on foot, and Punta del Este is 20 minutes by car. Two blocks from the house, buses pass to Piriápolis and Montevideo more frequently in high season. The house is built high up overlooking the mountains and the sea and the sunset from the terrace, living room and kitchen with large windows. In front there is a terrace and garden with palm trees, overlooking the hill and a beautiful afternoon breeze. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. Two of these single beds can be transformed into a double bed with the appropriate mattress. The kitchen and bathroom are in excellent condition with the necessary utensils, dishes and appliances. There is an alarm. Wifi from December 15 to March 15. In low season, it must be paid separately. Smart TV with Netflix and YouTube access. There are DVDs with very good movies and prepaid Direct TV. A wood-burning stove and a supergas stove. In high season the minimum rental is 10 nights. Discounts are made from the rental for 14 nights. In low season, the minimum rental is two nights. Consumption costs are included when there are no significant excesses. This does not include the use of electric stoves or filling pools. If the usual consumption is exceeded, the difference is charged. In low season we request a deposit of US$100 that is fully refunded if there are no excesses. No cleaning fees are charged but we require the delivery of the house in the same conditions as it was received and we can recommend trusted staff for this purpose. The usual charge is $250 per hour and general cleaning of the house can be done in 2 hours if dishes or laundry are not included. Downstairs, another house is rented. Both properties are totally independent both for their entrance and basic services. They share the barbecue. The spaces are very spacious, which allows for independence. A block away there is a small supermarket and a full rotisserie; fresh fish for sale and various restaurants. In Piriápolis there are large supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies and restaurants of different styles. In addition to its beaches, Piriápolis offers the possibility of walks to its hills and the beautiful Sierra de las Animas.
