Charming house in the Perche

My house is located in the Normandy countryside, in the north of Perche, 2 hours from Paris, in a small village with a small grocery store. Located in the heart of a beautiful area with many villages to visit. 5 minutes by car, the forest of La Trappe with its many small lakes. Mortagne-au-Perche 20 minutes by car. Between May and September many garage sales. Houlgate Beach 1h30 drive away. The space 1 bedroom with 1 140 cm bed, 1 large bedroom with 1 160 cm bed, 1 small bedroom (attached to the large bedroom) with 1 bed + 1 single trundle bed. 2-seater sofa bed in the living room. Bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. Fully-equipped separate kitchen. Large 800 m2 walled garden. Linens and towels are not provided. Other things to note Linens and towels are not provided. You can park in the garden, there is no parking possible on the street in front of the house. In autumn, you can use the fireplace, with a surcharge of 10 euros.
