Welcome to my charming apartment located in a beautiful residence with pool in Mauguio. Privileged location close to the beaches and tourist attractions of the region. Mauguio is a charming village a few kilometers from Montpellier, renowned for its festive atmosphere with many bars and restaurants as well as a beautiful market and a lively square. The space The apartment sleeps up to 4 people and is very well-equipped. Two bedrooms with two large beds as well as a living room and a fitted kitchen, extended by a large terrace equipped with a barbecue await you. All the conditions are met to enjoy a pleasant stay. Guest access You have access to the entire apartment as well as the residence's swimming pool. Opening hours are from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. during the summer. You also have access to a secure bike room to enjoy rides near the nearby ponds. Other things to note Housekeeping is not required but not included. You have the option for €25 to opt for a cleaning package or otherwise provide a check for €25 upon arrival, which will be destroyed if the apartment is returned in the same clean condition as when you arrived.
