Situated between a palmtree and a belltower, this 19th century house is curated for your best holiday experience or a relaxed couple of days away. Magnificent views over the town of Kranidi, rolling hills and the bay of Koilada. A 10 minute drive from beautiful nearby beaches. Close to Porto Heli, Ermioni, Hydra and Spetses. The pool and the fireplace make this a destination for all seasons. Comfort, space and style together in a space of quiet luxury. The space The Bellhouse consists of two separate units, the main house and the guest house. The main house has two floors. On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms with separate bathrooms and a sitting room with a fireplace. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has a twin bed that can easily be turned into a comfortable double. On the first floor of the main house, there’s a spacious living room with a fully equipped open plan kitchen and a dining table. There are two terraces overlooking different parts of the town. The main terrace overlooks the bay of the nearby fishing village of Koilada and the mountains of Argolis. It has a big dining table that can sit up to 10 people. The Bellhouse’s old stable and cellar were turned into the guest house, which is accessed from the central courtyard. The guest house has a separate kitchen, a double bedroom situated in the former cellar and a separate bathroom. A comfortable daybed in the guest house’s living room can easily sleep one more guest. The courtyard of the Bellhouse features a swimming pool and sitting area. The Bellhouse can function as one unit that can sleep up to 8 guests or two separate units that can sleep up to 5 and 3 guests respectively. Renting each unit separately is possible, with corresponding adjustments in the pricing. The Bellhouse was built in the 19th century and is a typical example of the local architecture. It was renovated with care and attention to the local tradition as well as the needs of sophisticated world travelers. Traditional Greek furniture is combined with Thonet chairs and contemporary design items. 17th century Delft tyles and Japanese woodblock prints are joined with African tribal art and a collection of works from contemporary artists. French and Italian porcelain is matched with Greek handmade pottery and Laguiole cutlery. Sealy© mattresses and fine cotton sheets are pooled with traditional Japanese tatamis.
