Enjoy a peaceful and pleasant stay in this apartment at the gates of La Rochelle. Its plus: its private terrace, to enjoy outdoor dining. An ideal location 9 minutes from downtown La Rochelle on foot and only 15 minutes by car from Île de Ré. Close to small local shops, whether with friends or family, the calm of this apartment and its comfort will delight you. The space Beautiful apartment, bright. The residence is equipped with an elevator. You can enjoy a fully open living room and kitchen area with direct access to the private terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook good little dishes. There are also two bedrooms that each offer a double bed: - First bedroom: Queen size bed: 160 x 200. - Second bedroom: Double bed 140 x 200 cm. As well as a sofa bed in the living room: 150 x 200 cm. There is also a bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Bed linen is provided for your stay, for the 3 beds. Regarding bath towels, they are not provided automatically. We can, if necessary, provide you with: a large and a small towel for €5/traveler. Other things to note Our house rules are very strict regarding smoking in the accommodation. If we discover that this rule has been broken: smell of smoke, ashes, butts, etc...
