It is located right on the Rambla de Poblenou, in the centre of the trendy neighbourhood, a 10-minute walk from the beach or a 10-minute metro ride from the heart of the city. It has been recently built so it is as good as new. And it has been conceived so that nothing is lacking: light in abundance, intelligent and functional distribution, and a welcoming and sophisticated design. The first space you come across on entering the flat is the bathroom, which has a shower. Then you come to the main room, which consists of a kitchen, a dining table and a living room with a sofa, a coffee table and a television. The sofa bed can sleep one person if necessary. And finally, next to the large window, the bedroom, with a queen bed, which you can separate from the rest of the flat by clever curtains. In one corner you have a desk so you can work comfortably. What more do you need? Your home next to the beach in the Poblenou neighbourhood, the coolest in Barcelona. The factories of the old industrial district converted into lofts, architecture studios, alternative coworkings, urban gardens, art galleries and design schools. For foodies, you'll find places with all the latest trends: coffee roasters, vegan restaurants, Catalan, Spanish and international cuisine, horchata and ice cream, and artisan bakeries. And the best thing: the beach is just a 10-minute walk away. Watch the sunrise, play a sport, relax in a hammock under an umbrella or eat at a beach bar. When it comes to exploring other parts of the city, you are well connected to public transport as well as the airport. This flat is rented for a minimum of one month, so you will have plenty of time to discover Poble Nou and the city of Barcelona. Everything is ready to welcome you and so is your apartment. Other things to note Legal Requirements and Security Deposit (Law 11/2025 and Law 13/1996) Mandatory Security Deposit: In accordance with current legislation, we are required to request a security deposit proportional to the stay (based on 2 months for 12-month contracts). Management and Deposit: This security deposit will be deposited with INCASÒL (the competent official body). Payment will be processed securely through the Airbnb Resolution Center once the reservation is confirmed. Refund: The refund will be issued via bank transfer after checkout, once the condition of the apartment and compliance with contractual obligations have been verified. Due to INCASÒL's administrative processing times, the refund may take between 1 and 2 months. Rental Contract: A seasonal contract for leisure, recreational use, or vacation will be signed with the property owner. For this purpose, we will request, among others: proof of habitual residence, flight information, identity documents, documentation proving the vacation, leisure, or recreational purpose, and a sworn statement justifying the leisure purpose of the trip. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION & RULES UTILITIES (Electricity, Water, Gas & Wi-Fi) Monthly consumption is included up to €150 - €200 (depending on the unit). Any excess will be charged to the guest. Only registered guests allowed. SMOKING & ENERGY No smoking allowed inside the apartment. Please turn off A/C and lights whenever you leave.
