House of 135 m2 completely redesigned by an architect and a decorator, come and enjoy the calm close to the city center in a unique decor and a green setting. Located in a cul-de-sac on the street side and by the river at the bottom of the 1250 m2 garden, this house is our place of life! You can walk to the city center of Bayeux by a small path that borders the river in just 10 minutes. The space The house is composed of: - a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed with access to the terrace. A bathroom and toilet are adjacent to this room. - upstairs are two bedrooms with double beds. Another bathroom with toilet completes the floor. - the remaining space of the ground floor is divided into a large bright living room with 2 living rooms, an open kitchen, a dining area and a stove. The huge bay windows overlook the garden and terrace and give an impression of "outside - inside". A covered terrace overlooking the park allows you to enjoy the outdoors at any time and in any season! The garden lighting will delight you in the evening! A terrace sheltered from the wind and prying eyes allows you to eat in peace and rest after a day of sightseeing or at the sea! For your car, you can park on the street for free right in front of the house. You can also bring your car into the courtyard if you wish. During your stay you will have the company of our 2 cats "Spike" and "Mitzuki". They live "outside-in" and are autonomous. You can just give them some kibble daily and cuddle them if you like!
