Only 7 mins’ walk to the beach and 3 mins to West St Leonards train station, The Annexe is a great location for your coastal break. It’s well situated for exploring the historic and vibrant areas of Hastings, St Leonards, and Rye. Just a few minutes’ drive to Bexhill, it’s also handy for concerts & exhibitions at the De La Warr. The space Adjoining our family home in a residential area, The Annexe is a self-contained space that comprises a modern, open plan living room and kitchen that are equipped with all you need for a relaxing short break. Skylights in the ceiling ensure the space is bright and welcoming, no matter the weather (we don’t have any control over that, sorry!). The bedroom has a king-sized zip-link bed that can be arranged as two singles. And there’s an en suite shower room (towels provided). There is a double sofa bed in the living room area for a third guest. Patio doors from the bedroom lead into a small, secure outside area with table and chairs. The property is on a main road. There’s usually ample, free parking on this road and on nearby side roads. Other things to note The Annexe is well situated for visitors to East Sussex. West St Leonards station is a 3 minute walk away. St Leonards Warrior Square is a 25 minute walk away (5 mins in the car). And Hastings Old Town is a breezy 45 minute walk away along the beachfront (7 min drive).
